## Summary

Jeff Sheldon, founder of Ugmonk, discusses his Fujifilm X100V camera, explaining how its constraints—such as fixed lenses, tactile dials, and film simulations—encourage a more intentional and joyful photography experience compared to the computational complexity of smartphones. He details his workflow, including the use of 'recipes' for in-camera JPEG processing and accessories like lens hoods and custom straps, while noting the frustration of the camera's poor digital menu interface. The conversation explores how the camera's retro design and simplicity strike a balance between high-end Leica aesthetics and accessible pricing, making it a favorite for capturing memories without the friction of modern tech.
