## Summary

Jack Morrison, co-founder and CEO of Scythe Robotics, discusses the company's autonomous commercial mowing solutions and its unique usage-based rental business model. He details the M.52 mower's sensor stack, including HDR cameras and RTK GNSS, and explains why the team chose vision over LIDAR for dusty environments. The conversation also covers Scythe's focus on the commercial landscaping labor crisis, their software stack written in Rust, and the broader market dynamics involving competitors like Toro and iRobot.
