## Summary

Tatiana Chamorro, CMO and founding team member of Toucan Cocktails, explains the engineering and packaging decisions behind their two-can RTD system. She details the transition from leaky 3D-printed prototypes to a final design featuring a universal black top can and direct digital UV inkjet printing to simplify supply chain and demand planning. The episode highlights the mechanical challenge of creating a leak-proof seal using a connecting ring and the strategic choice to use tin for the spirit can to ensure shelf stability. Chamorro emphasizes how this modular architecture allows for flavor personalization while maintaining operational efficiency for a small team scaling in a legacy industry.
