## Summary

Tom Seymour, Business Development and Marketing Manager at Bison Bag and founder of Moka Energy, discusses his transition from a C-student football player to a certified packaging professional and his new venture. He explains his philosophy of servant leadership and how solving total supply chain problems for clients at Bison Bag drives packaging opportunities. Seymour also details the science behind flexible packaging, advocating for material-agnostic, data-driven sustainability decisions over public opinion. Finally, he introduces Moka Energy, a portable whole-bean coffee bar designed as a clean-label, vegan alternative to traditional energy snacks.
