## Summary

Adam Peek and Ted Taitt, a mechanical engineer and packaging veteran since 1996, celebrate the 300th episode of the People of Packaging podcast from Ted's home studio in South Plainfield, NJ. They recount how the podcast began at a Luxpack NY event in 2017, recording early episodes in a hotel room before Ted paused his involvement to focus on his music production career and family. The conversation highlights the podcast's growth during the pandemic, the integration of AI tools in packaging design, and Ted's advice on career evolution, specifically the importance of trying new things like sales to broaden one's perspective.
