## Summary

Brandon Frank, Vice President of Pacific Packaging Components (PPC), discusses the shift toward transparency and sustainability in the packaging industry, driven by Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws and consumer demand for chain-of-custody data. He shares his journey from running a retail store and a summer camp back to leading the 53-year-old family business, which he has revitalized over the last five years. Frank highlights the importance of verifying recycled content claims, such as ABS PCR, and notes that while the EU leads in sustainability regulation, the U.S. is catching up through state-level mandates.
