## Summary

Anantshree Chaturvedi, CEO of UFlex, explains how his family-owned company is addressing the global plastic crisis through 'Project Plastic Fix,' a holistic approach combining mechanical recycling, PCR films, and biodegradable technology. He details UFlex's vertical integration and global manufacturing footprint, arguing that solving the 'stock and flow' problem of plastic requires both recycling existing waste and innovating new materials. Chaturvedi highlights specific products like the Celsius PCR film and biodegradable films with a 40% degradation rate, while noting the supply chain risks CPGs face when transitioning to sustainable materials.
