## Summary

Adam Peak, Corey Connors, and Avelio Matos discuss the launch of a new sales course for packaging professionals and recent industry news, including apps like Lumi and Scrap that help consumers identify recyclable materials via QR or UPC codes. They analyze the ongoing disruption in the label industry caused by a strike at UPM in Finland, highlighting the critical role of paper liners and the need for brands to qualify multiple vendors to mitigate supply chain risks. The hosts also touch on emerging sustainability technologies, such as recyclable backer materials from Labelcraft and chemical recycling efforts by TerraCycle, while noting the global interconnectedness of packaging supply chains.
