## Summary

Brandon Schwartz, co-founder of DRNXMYTH, explains how his team spent three years developing a dual-chamber bottle that separates fresh juice from alcohol until the consumer twists to mix them. The company partners with Cal Pack for High Pressure Processing (HPP) to preserve flavor without preservatives, requiring approximately 15 bottle iterations to withstand 85,000 psi. Schwartz emphasizes that involving a packaging engineer as a founding partner was critical to solving the mechanical and material challenges of the twist-mix mechanism.
