## Summary

Kevin Cazabon, Director of Engineering at AmplifiedAg, explains how the company evolved from a cloud-based warehouse ERP system into a provider of smart indoor farming technology. He details the transition from manual shipping container farms to automated systems using custom control boards and IoT sensors to manage climate and nutrients. Cazabon discusses the engineering challenges of optimizing plant growth through vapor pressure deficit control and the future of breeding crops specifically for indoor environments rather than transport durability.
