## Summary

Praveen Penmetsa, CEO and Founder of Monarch Tractor and Motivo, explains how his company is transforming agriculture by building an all-electric, driver-optional smart tractor that serves as a data hub. He details the strategic investment from Case New Holland, the technical challenges of creating a modular sensor suite and roof assembly resistant to harsh chemical environments, and the company's philosophy of enabling farmer repairability rather than restricting it. Penmetsa argues that hardware must be the primary value proposition, with data serving as 'icing on the cake' to help farmers tell their sustainability stories to consumers.
