## Summary

Rob Carl, Founder & CEO of Global NPI Solvers, joins host Sarah to discuss the final stage of the NPI Pre-Ascent Protocol: the irreversible decision to scale production. They examine Section G (Logistics & Shipping), emphasizing that packaging is a critical energy-transfer system, illustrated by a case where a £25 medical device failed due to pallet compression despite passing individual drop tests. The conversation concludes with Section H (Executive Gate Decision), outlining the Go, Hold, or Stop framework and the necessity of executive signatures to enforce accountability and combat 'summit fever'.
