## Summary

Dan Voit, CEO of Blentech, an industrial food processing equipment manufacturer in Santa Rosa, CA, discusses building a winning company culture and maintaining long-term leadership habits. He explains how he stepped into the CEO role during the recession to protect the team, and how the company's innovative culture helped them navigate the 2017 Santa Rosa fires. Voit shares tactical advice on using calendar allocation, monthly self-evaluations, and the 'lone dancer' metaphor to model desired behaviors and attract aligned employees.
