## Summary

Jimmy Diresta, Bob Clagett, and David Picciuto discuss the psychological barrier of 'Not Invented Here' syndrome, where creators reject ideas from others because they didn't originate them. The hosts share personal anecdotes about complicating simple projects for video content, such as David's laser-cut marquetry serving tray and Jimmy's over-engineered aquarium stand. They also touch on the challenges of receiving unsolicited advice, the importance of control in the creative process, and the value of constraints in design.
