## Summary

Hosts Nick Goellner, Eric Nekich, and Dave Vuyk discuss the mindset shifts required to transition machine shops from fixed, operator-dependent processes to mixed, automated workflows. They highlight the ROI of modular workholding and zero-point systems, using examples from Swiss manufacturers running uninterrupted for 15 years and Imago Manufacturing’s focus on 'time freedom.' The conversation emphasizes that adopting an automated mindset allows small teams to increase profitability and efficiency without expanding headcount or square footage.
