## Summary

Cameron Schiller, Founder and CEO of Rangeview, explains how his background in competitive VEX robotics and a formative, unsettling stint in Chinese factories led him to build an automated investment casting foundry in America. He details the company's pivot from selling robotics to manufacturing mission-critical defense and energy parts, citing the grounding of F-22 fighter jets due to casting shortages as a key market driver. Schiller discusses the challenges of securing Silicon Valley investors who understood heavy industry, the operational hurdles of running a factory without a playbook, and the company's expansion from a 4,000-square-foot facility to a 60,000-square-foot new location.
