## Summary

Brian Wolf, VP of Operations at SendCutSend, recounts his winding path from a rural upbringing in North Dakota and a combat engineering tour in Iraq to selling Corvettes and cemetery plots in the Bay Area. He explains how his passion for fabrication led him to join the early, scrappy days of SendCutSend, accepting a $25/hour wage to work alongside the founders. Wolf details the company's evolution from a small laser-cutting shop to a scaling operation with hundreds of employees, emphasizing the importance of passion, execution, and expanding service offerings like CNC machining.
