## Summary

Terrence DeFranco, CEO of IotaComm, explains how the company leverages its nationwide FCC-licensed 800 MHz spectrum portfolio and the LoRaWAN standard to provide carrier-grade connectivity for smart buildings and cities. He details the strategic shift from selling raw sensor data to providing actionable intelligence, using indoor air quality monitoring in K-12 schools as a primary example of driving health and educational outcomes. DeFranco also discusses the challenges of integrating IoT with legacy building management systems, the importance of addressing multiple buyer personas in enterprise sales, and the company's recent crowdfunding campaign to fund its next growth phase.
