## Summary

Christian Rouffaert, Founder and CEO of Teragence, explains how his company uses crowdsourced data from smartphones and IoT devices to provide location-specific, transparent network coverage insights. He details the challenges IoT providers face with unreliable connectivity, particularly the 10-20% of deployments that fail due to poor signal, which drives up installation costs and customer dissatisfaction. Rouffaert describes Teragence's value proposition of offering granular, operator-agnostic data to help service providers avoid costly site visits and ensure 'right first time' deployments for products like robotic lawnmowers and water meters.
