## Summary

Martin Nord, CTO and PTO at Com4, discusses modern IoT connectivity challenges, emphasizing the importance of tailoring solutions to specific use cases rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. He highlights the growing role of satellite IoT for remote regions and the technical benefits of iSIM and multi-IMSI technologies for reducing form factor and optimizing roaming. Nord also explains how the convergence of IoT and AI is creating new business cases in sectors like smart waste management and healthcare, while stressing the need to consider total cost of ownership and security compliance in long-lifecycle deployments.
