## Summary

Jason Dietrich, Chief Revenue Officer at KORE, discusses the evolution of the IoT ecosystem, emphasizing the shift from a fragmented market to one driven by standardized connectivity and managed services. He explains how KORE addresses the challenge of fragmentation by offering a 'one-stop shop' for connectivity, device lifecycle management, and application support, particularly in verticals like fleet tracking and connected health. The conversation highlights the economic viability of IoT solutions, noting that success often comes from monetizing services rather than just selling hardware, and details KORE's 'IoT for Good' initiatives that balance social impact with financial returns.
