## Summary

Ben Cade, CEO of Myriota, discusses the challenges of wide-scale IoT adoption, emphasizing that connectivity must be reliable, low-power, and simple enough for non-technical users to install. He explains that Myriota’s direct-to-satellite technology targets specific verticals like tank monitoring and asset tracking, avoiding the 'one-size-fits-all' approach in favor of pre-built 'Sense and Locate' solutions. Cade highlights the industry's consolidation, noting the difficulty of competing with high-constellation players like SpaceX and OneWeb in the low-power narrowband space, and advises companies to focus on clear ROI and domain-specific problem-solving rather than generic technology platforms.
