## Summary

Alexandre Tisserant, president of Kinéis, explains how the company provides global IoT connectivity via a constellation of nanosatellites in low Earth orbit, currently connecting 20,000 devices. He details key use cases including wildlife monitoring, shipping, logistics, and energy infrastructure, emphasizing that satellite connectivity complements terrestrial networks in the 85% of the globe not covered by them. Tisserant discusses the company's challenges in securing €100 million in funding and educating the market, while highlighting the upcoming launch of 25 new satellites to improve service performance and expand into new markets.
