## Summary

Fabien Jordan, CEO and founder of Astrocast, explains how the company operates a global nanosatellite IoT network to provide connectivity in remote areas where terrestrial networks fail. He details the technical architecture of their 3U CubeSat platform, the critical importance of low power consumption for long-life devices like those used by Aerospots, and the company's strategy of launching satellites progressively to improve latency. Jordan also discusses the growing market for climate monitoring, such as tracking glaciers and wildlife, and highlights challenges in component availability and global regulatory compliance.
