## Summary

Jaan Hendrik Murumets, CEO of Krakul, discusses the evolution of last mile delivery and micromobility, highlighting how IoT technologies like GPS, sensor fusion, and computer vision enable autonomous robots and smart city infrastructure. He explains that while component shortages are a manageable but depressing operational hurdle, the primary challenge for IoT startups is marketing and demonstrating value to users, as many engineering-led projects fail due to a lack of clear user benefit. Murumets emphasizes the need for engineers to collaborate closely with marketing to ensure products solve real problems and provide measurable value to end users.
