## Summary

Soumya Das, Chief Operating Officer at Inpixon, explains how the company provides indoor intelligence by combining location data with IoT infrastructure to create smarter, safer, and more secure indoor environments. He details the trade-offs between connectivity technologies like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ultra-Wideband (UWB), emphasizing that precision requirements dictate the choice of hardware and the resulting ROI. Das also discusses the shift in workplace safety priorities post-pandemic, the challenges of RF signal behavior in complex buildings, and future trends like digital fingerprinting to reduce sensor dependency.
