## Summary

Drew Ehlers, Global Futurist and General Manager of SmartPack at Zebra Technologies, discusses the industry's shift from the 'Internet of Things' to the 'Internet of Intelligence,' emphasizing the need to start with problem statements rather than technology. He details Zebra's SmartPack solution, which uses machine vision and sensors to optimize trailer and aircraft loading, and a rapid-deployment proximity sensing tool developed during the pandemic. Ehlers advises enterprises to prioritize user experience, stakeholder alignment, and security from the design phase to avoid technical debt and ensure ROI.
