## Summary

Swift Sensors COO Ray Almgren explains how his company simplifies IIoT deployment for small to medium-sized manufacturers by handling the entire stack—sensors, gateways, and cloud UI—to remove technical barriers. He details use cases in temperature monitoring, legacy equipment utilization, and facility safety, including a reference system built with Eagle Eye Networks for accurate temperature screening. Almgren emphasizes that battery life and power management remain the primary technical constraints, noting that a new platform with 10x battery life is in alpha testing to drive wider adoption.
