## Summary

Jasmine Crowe-Houston, founder of Goodr, explains how she pivoted from feeding the homeless in Atlanta to building a for-profit logistics company that recovers surplus food from businesses for nonprofits. She details the initial struggle of convincing corporate clients to work with a for-profit entity and the development of a technology platform to match food inventory with nearby nonprofits and gig drivers. Crowe-Houston discusses the business model, which charges clients a fee for waste diversion while providing tax deductions and ESG metrics, and highlights the company's rapid scaling to 34 cities driven by growing corporate sustainability mandates.
