Mark Atlan, co-founder of ZappCare, explains his mission to bring mobile medical services like eye care and dialysis to the Navajo Nation, addressing critical healthcare access issues exacerbated by infrastructure deficits and high diabetes rates. Zach Correa, co-founder of lemonGRAFT, describes his peer-to-peer platform connecting local growers with consumers to create decentralized fresh produce markets, aiming to support small-scale farmers and restore local food identity. Both founders discuss their business models, the challenges of early-stage hardware and software development, and their participation in the How I Built This Fellows program.
