## Summary

Hosts Elliot Williams and Al Williams discuss the Hackaday Prize finalists, highlighting a trend in small-scale agricultural robotics and refined open-source projects like Joey Castillo’s e-ink book and the Open Source Pet Tracker. They analyze technical hacks including overclocking the Raspberry Pi 5 to 3 GHz, automating SMD soldering with a CNC-based machine, and using diode samplers to extend oscilloscope bandwidth. The episode also covers building an 11-bit discrete transistor CPU, converting DIP packages to SMD footprints to bypass shortages, and reviewing historical TV manufacturing behind the Iron Curtain.
