## Summary

Elecia White and Christopher White celebrate the 50th episode of their podcast, discussing the decision to rename it from 'Making Embedded Systems' to 'Embedded' to better reflect its scope. They review recent activities, including Elecia's role as a judge for the Hackaday Prize, which offers a trip to space, and her work on an 'are-you-ok' proof-of-life widget using accelerometers. The hosts also debate the merits of C versus C++ in embedded software, with Christopher advocating for C++'s object-oriented features for code modularity and testing.
